Then, visit the ancient site of Wiang Kum Kam, the onetime capital of the Lanna Kingdom, at Wat Chedi Liam, a stepped pyramid chedi in the Mon style. This includes experience of testing Khao Soi without daytime crowds. with a rich, curry-like sauce, aromatic herbs, and spices.

- 08.30 a.m. / 13.00 p.m. Pickup at hotel or guesthouse from Chiang Mai town in a private air-conditioned vehicle with experience tour guide.
- Visiting Wat Umong or “Tunnel temple is unique because of its location in the forest and its system of tunnels.
- Uncover Wat Srisuphan or ‘silver temple’ for the Lanna-made silver detailing that covers the ordination hall inside and out. Note: that women are not allowed inside Wat Srisuphan, which is an active ordination hall for Buddhist monks.
- Visit Wiang Kum Kam at Wat Chedi Liam, pyramid chedi in Mon style.
